
1-2-1 Coaching
For anyone who wants to be coached and guided through their training and to get advice on goals or how to reach them. Coaching will include:
Weekly Structured Training Plan
Constant feedback throughout the week
Unlimited contact with your coach
Constant reviews of goals and progress
Individual to you. No pressure, just guidance and advice all the way


Mentoring
Sometimes you will know yourself with your training structure and how to work that around your work and family. However, we all need someone to talk to, cycling can be a lonely sport as we put the miles in and get the work done.
And that is where we can come in, we can provide mentoring and guidance to help you keep on the right path, bounce of ideas and get guidance and feedback on training completed and what training planned. We will also help with goal setting and event planning. Almost a personal DS (Director Sportive) guiding you and supporting you every step of the way. This will include:
Weekly Phone call to discuss training and progress
Full Monthly review of the above and power break down
Pre and post event calls and planning
Unlimited contact with mentor


Training Camps and Trips


In my time as DS for LDN Brother UK and DAS Hutchinson I worked with elite riders on their team training camps as well as during race season. I can bring that same pro level experience to your clubs training camp with coaching sessions, drilled rides and full vehicle and mechanical support.
